Orcas Island Gyrokinesis Retreat July 31 – August 3, 2020 – Open to teachers, experienced students, and novices!
Multiple certified instructors join Mia Munroe for this annual tradition. This retreat is unique in that instructors have the opportunity to learn from each other by demonstrating and developing their own unique style.

Novices have a unique opportunity to learn side by side with fellow certified instructors and other lifelong students.

Mia’s experience with Gyrokinesis exercise comes directly from studying under the systems founder, Juliu Horvath.  She has experience cultivating multiple ongoing Gyrokinesis communities around the country and enjoys providing teachers students to practice on in a unique location. At this retreat, Mia’s goal is to instill in her students a deep understanding that the Gyrokinesis method is not just exercise but a lifestyle.

    • When:   Friday, July 31 – August 3rd, 2020
    Arrive in Seattle at Sea-tac Airport on Thursday evening at the latest.
    Transportation and accommodations can be arranged for 1-night in Seattle before and after.
    Depart  for Orcas Island on Friday, returning to Seattle on Monday, August 3rd. *We recommend departing Sea-tac airport on Tuesday, August 4th.
